procrastination!

so being absent for pretty much a week; i have a bunch of hw and i should've spent the time i was absent to work on hw but i didn't. so now im doing all of that hw today.
as for my 365; i've decided to post pone it a tad til a life changing moment; whenever i get to start anew.
theres been many projects that i've wanted to start/finish and for some reason, the motivation just isn't there. just the stress of knowing i want to do it but don't actually do it...its a matter of getting things done i suppose.
i just need a fresh perspective on things.
anyways...so far i've come up with these 'life changing' moments lmao where i get to start my 365
1. i get my hair cut
2. i win the scholarship and get a new camera
3. i just get a new camera lol.
4. im caught up with ALL of my projects
5. the typical new years resolution
6. idk =P

hmm i think there was something else but i forgot; either way im just needing a new perspective and new motivation.

so im laying here, with a bad headache, horrible cough, and of course a stuffy nose. oh wait, can't forget about the crying and bloodshot eyes. at least youtube live is keeping me company.
woke up this morning, not being able to talk much, realizing how much sicker i've gotten. didn't care, got ready for the car wash anyways. bought hot chocolate and munchkins for everyone. it wasn't too cold which was good. i stood on teh side of psl blvd for 3ish hours coughing everywhere xD in four hours, end up washing only 6 cars but gained $54. at least now, we know more of what we're doing and can promote it more next time..tnx alex for helping! =D
got home, played a lil halo with frank and allan cuz they wanted to hang at my house..even though i was sick xD slept for a tad bit. woke up. felt horrible and just wanted someone to be there for me. tried calling phil but he's been busy all day with his friends and i didnt wanna bother him...ended up calling him like every hour or so =/ i just wanted him there yea know? idk. i didn't want to seem clingy or anything ...eventually i just wanted someone to be here. not physically here, just here. i feel like i should call someone but i don't want to bother them. so ill just lay here, eventually falling asleep. typing this blog that noone prolly reads anymore...bleh i feel like shit..

Happy Birthday V!

well, his bday was yesterday but w/e =] Thursday was spent working on scene one of my stop motion, which is really cool right now btw =] and then going to the hospital to visit my grandpa who had to get his blood filtered? idk..but he's fine and is in the hospital for the next week just to be monitored and what not. thenn wentt to dindin with mi teddybear =]
Friday..was spent being lazy and watching NCIS, and then rushing to get everything ready for v's house and panicking about not having a present..or a ride..but it all worked out in the end =] kyle gave me a ride and my parents got v's present when they came to bring me some stuff i forgot lol; and they brought JJ to trick or treat at v's house since they didn't wanna actually go trick or treating lol. v's house consisted of apples to apples; halo; 8 stitches; and a late lite talk =D oh, and mancala.
today shall include breakfast, volunteering, and finishing the stop motion =]

this weekend was absolutely perfect =] not having any hw and having a 3 day weekend. my grades ended up being 5A and 2B which is perfectly fine with me. ^^; so it's a perfect time to get caught up on my cas book =]

All Nighter.

My first all nighter..in a long time...hopefully i won't have another one for a while. I got my english and biology done though! and its yet another reminder that i shouldn't procrastinate. especially with important assignments like these...
anyways. as for my not going to school yesterday. yes i originally didn't wanna go anyways..but i was going to go cuz i said i would..but when i woke up i had a massive headache..stuffy nose..andd sore throat. so i was like forget thatttt im staying home lol. so i woke up at around 10ish and started working on hw. i slowly got my way through it all. and finished close to 4am. eh..it wasn't that hard...i just couldn't speed through it? plus, i spent some time eating and what nots xP
im just glad to say that it's done, and im confident in my work. my next thing to do this morning, i suppose, would be to study for history and spanish.

woahh im awake!?

I didn't sleep til like 2am and I was up by 9! (i think thats kinda funky) So i submitted all my stuff for that scholarship, and i really hope i get it. i don't know how popular it is so idk how many/who im competing with..and i won't find out til dec 1. right now, my 365 is set to start with my birthday! =] im not sure if i want to wait til the scholarship results come out..but as of now it'll start nov 29.
this week has gone by really fast. Group IV was way more amazing than i thought it would be. now, since i didn't do lit devices pretty much all week...except for tuesday..im gonna do at least to 125 today..and finish it tomorrow as long as start the mitosis write-up. and i completely forgot what else i was going to say...so ttyl =]

I'm in a commercial!

heh. I went to volunteer today and I ended up being in the commercial. quite interesting. 'There's so many things to do and see! Everything here is hands on learning! Check out the Our Town Wellness Center, where kids can learn about how their body system works. *glances at Kid on bike* Great Job! *thumbs up*' roflmao. yea...
aside from that. im still at an epic fail with reading Frankenstein. i've been carrying it around with me all day and i think i've read about....3pages? yea. i know. its horrible. i just can't seem to focus on it. like...right now im writing this blog while watching Law and Order instead of reading Frankenstein.
theres also the good news of what kyle and i did yesterday for tsa =] we went around to a bunch of places and gave them letters about tsa. it had its ups and downs. most places kinda just shrugged us off but a few offered help. The auto zone on psl blvd is letting us hold carwashes. the first being not the coming weekend but the weekend after from 10am to 2pm. which is a good start. it gives us some time to spread the word and hopefully the turn out will be good and we'll b able to raise some money. two restaurants that i go to pretty often offered to let us put like coffee cans there with the organization name to help collect some money. also, sonny's gave us $25 which was cool. i kinda forgot to put my cell number on most of the papers...so mr.n might be getting some semi unexpected phone calls...ah wells.
anyways im definitely hoping that i can get this stuff done. =\
oo i almost forgot, i've decided that the start of my 'project 365' will be on my birthday =] since i don't want to wait for the generic new years day resolution that always fails.
time has been passing by so quickly this year. i can't believe we're on our way to the end of the first nine weeks. last year seems like it was a draggggg. idk where time is flying to! i gotta get on top of things and get them done! esp for tsa.
I hope everything goes well. My head is pounding and i want everything to be like..perfect. and yet i procrastinate.
before i hit 'post' i feel like an update on phil is appropriate =P things with him have been going pretty well =] he got me a promise ring..idk when but its pretty xD and i've got no complaints atm =]
idk what i want to do for college or anything like that. im just taking life as it comes. i think its time for me to stop. too much randomness.

24/7

so im definitely happy for this 4 day weekend even though i have a bunch of things that need to be done. i well definitely get my frankenstein done and some tsa things too. today will consist of hanging out with phil and reading =] tomorrow will be with v and kyle going around town with tsa letters in hand. saturday will be at the children's museum and sunday is jenny's bday! and then of course a bunch of reading here and there. aside from all that work. there's been some internal? things going on.

i just hope everyone's doing okay, i'm doing pretty good. i just need to catch up and get ahead of my tasks.

we all change, thats a given. but its always good to reflect on the good ol' days. im always here for u guys, im just a fone call away =] whether its for help with hw or just someone to rant to. i know i have my faults too and that i can get really ehhhh. but that doesn't mean i can't lend a helping hand. i just want the best for u, and i hope u realize that. im here. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week.

busy busy busy =]

So today, i think i did a good amount of work. =] i typed 2 days of history notes, completed the ch8 packet, finished the math hw, did some chemistry reading, looked over and slightly worked on the biology take home test, did some work in the fcat thingy, and im about to read some frankenstein as a fall asleep. What's sad is NONE of that is DUE tomorrow and yet we have a crap load of hw.
ooo and i also did some research on topics for the Extended Essay, i have a few broad ideas but i need to narrow it down and see if they can be pursued. and i got creative sparks today. =] one is to make like a quilt representing like our class...and kids can donate a tshirt or cloth piece and we can make it a cas project for creativity. =] and another is just for fun. kinda copying rachael's 365 blog. idk exactly what im going to do or if im going to do anything different. but i think that'd be interesting. maybe innstead of daily because i'd prolly start slacking off...i'd do a picture a day but upload every sunday or something. and if i get into it, it'll prevent me from sitting on my butt all day. because sitting on my butt all day will generate boring pics. ill most likely start maybe my birthday or january 1. i want to get a good mix of junior and senior year so that i can look back on it and see how i've changed. i'd still have the blog for ranting. and the other for more photographic thingies =] idk. lol. i need to get my current things straightened first...like SCHOOL NEXUS and TSA lol.
this weekend is going to be sooo busy. whether or not thats a good thing we'll figure out later. tomorrow or friday, i plan on going to see mr.norman and chantel to sign the letter. friday, i've decided to go to the library for our study group and then go to v's house and then to light the night. saturday, im thinking of dragging kyle and v to my house early in the morning like 8 or 9ish sounds good. and start going around to businesses for tsa and then go home and change for Oktoberfest, where i'll be helping Victory Forge with their obstacle thingy for the kids. and then go back home and change again and go around to a couple more places or just hang out with kyle and v and maybe phil =P, and we'll figure out food as the day goes lol. and sunday, ill be at the children's museum for the afternoon and then coming home to read massive amounts of Frankenstein. of course, ill be reading a good amount beforehand...but still...massive reading will be done on sunday xD (im only on page like 30) which is definitely not good. ty to the person that pointed out that i need to have it done by this monday.
nowww im off to read frankenstein until i fall asleep. g'nite =]

I'm so not crazy =]

so i can now blame my previous blog on pms. lol. =P tomorrow shall be an interesting day. kyle, v, phil are coming over and jenny's friend too i think. gonna go around town seeing what we can do fundraising wise. and then just hang around. and then some hw too i suppose. and v's currently trying to turn my radio off for me...while being like farrrr away. (see he's the crazy one =]) well im off to bed. and on a good note despite my cramps. tnx to phil =]

so phil just left and idk what happened to me. we were watching a movie and then i started crying. wtf? i wasn't even watching the movie, i only put it on because he wanted to watch it. and idk why i even started crying, i just started pulling away. and then i went back to him and just hugged him...and then we were okay for a lil bit and then i just felt like pulling away again. idfk. i feel like im just being stupid about this whole thing. there's something up with him (or me) and idk what it is. sometimes i just get really attached to him like i don't want him to leave or get off the fone and idek why; its like a kid grabbing onto someone's leg hoping to stop them from leaving. sometimes i feel like he's just not there or like doesn't wanna be with me or would rather be with someone else or idkkkkkkk! sometimes just the way he acts/the things he does makes me wanna just walk away but at the same time i can't. gahh idfk. i want so badly to say it was just a case of PMS lol.

its hard to know u work so hard to try and help those close to u but at the same time it leads to ur downfall. as one person told me, i can't help everyone...and i know i can't but i can't help but get myself into situations. i just can't help it. sometimes i think i know what im doing or what needs to be done, but right after its happened, i realize, shit. i should've done that. or crap. that could've gone better. w/e theres nothing i can do for it now except apologize and try to make things better. i've been saying that i'm changing myself for the better. and in subtle cases, i have...but it seems to create more problems...well...situations. and im not regretting anything its just proves i still need to do some more work.
its hard to try to do everything u can so that certain people succeed but feel like you're not getting as much support in return..that doesn't hinder u're want for them to succeed but it would sure help you through the tough times when you want to just give up.
its hard to give support when u're in doubt of accomplishing things yourself, but u give support anyway to be strong for that person and to hide your self doubt.
sometimes too much is too little, in several aspects. one being you try too much and its only really helping a little. or yo give too much and receive too little. or you worry too much and accomplish little. or you offer yourself to do things too much and the joy in helping goes down...or is, well, too little. even if this isn't really the case(s), it can feel that way at times. and all you [can] do is hope, maybe it doesn't seem to mean a lot now, but maybe in the future everything will fall into place.

too many things goin on!

so i just got back from double dragon (i've been craving some since yesterday) and it was yummm. i also did some spanish hw while i was there, just to feel accomplished when i got home and not just fat. lol. nexus today was pretty okay i suppose. idk theres just a lot going on for me right now and nothing is like prioritized...i may think it is..but when it comes down to doing the work it just depends on what i feel like working on. just all this stuff is stressing me out..and i just need to get through it, one step at a time i guess. as long as its not two steps back, all is good.
so lets c, theres TSA, Nexus, School Site, District Facilities Site, and just IB work in general...like CAS hours and hw.

idk lol. but this week was pretty much phil week =] (i feel kinda bleh that i haven't been posting as much as i wanted to but...its all good) the bday party on saturday was pretty cool. it was nice to finally go to inside his house xD his friends were already there...and shortly after i arrived they went outside to play airsoft..and i got like 6 bug bites -.- im happy to say that he enjoyed his gifts =] which reminds me of Dom...because...i mentioned 'magic money' falling from my hair in the last post...it was $2...and i think Dom was planning on giving me $20 for phil's present but he gave me $18...and i just thought that it was weird that i got $2 the day before o.o but anyways...i got home at like 7 and i went straight to bed and didn't wake up til sunday morning. volunteering was okay...i left like a half hour early though cuz i was just wicked tired..idr what i did afterwards...but i know i didn't work on any of the biology notes. monday came..and i was like shizzz i need to do bio! and i started at around 12pm and planned on giving myself a half hr to do each assessment statement...which would mean i'd finish at 10pm. buutttt guess what?!?! i finished them all by 5pm! and i even had distractions in between XP u have no ideaaa i was like ecstatic. weds was phil's bday =] thursday was kind of blehh. not just for me but for a few other people...maybe it was just an overall bleh day eh? and friday was quite the busy but very good day =] we had our 2nd unofficial nexus meeting. (dog party o.o) and i layed down outside for like 20mins just staring at the sky/ocean and talking to to kyle and alex...it seriously felt like a lot longer than that. but it was really relaxing...then we went to mc d's and it seemed like we were only there for like 20mins but we were there for like an hr lol. and then off to drop off alex and then i got dropped off...i kinda fell asleep on the way home lol. and i had a massive tummy ache like allllll of friday =[ but i was better for some reason like once i got home like around 5 30...so that was weird. i took a nap til phil called at 7 saying he was coming to pick me up. we went out to sushi yama with his grandparents and it was yummm. he was so excited lol cuz i guess his grandparents have always refused to go to a sushi place lol. but they said okay and yeaa it was good =] then we went to borders...and phil got a dvd and bought me a giant gummy bear o.o lol. its like a scented oil thing...and oil goes into the bear and then theres like six sticks sticking out of it...that have to be rotated every once in a while...and likee the scent goes up the sticks? idk it smells like green apple bubble bath lol. but yea its on mi desk and it smells good =] jenny was like sniffing it all last night roflmao. but yea yesterday. i think was a very amazing day compared to the rest of my days this week. now today..shall consist of finishing one last math problem...and journal journal journal work. ill leave history for tomorrow...maybe we'll have no school monday? xP
oo and i almost forgot to mention alex. lol. youuu are quite the silly one. xP that's all i'll say =]

Magic Money?

close reading? i didn't finish it =] xD and i told norris like straight up what happened and she didn't seem to really mind much other than to give the impression i should work harder to finish next time, which i will =]
this week has been so packed with work. and i think i should've definitely been able to finish it.
the study group/club discussion today i think went quite well =] it had a good mix of random talking and actually getting work done.
there's not too much on my mind at the moment, aside from the fact that the alarm i like never use just went off. i believe i mentioned how my radio was on last night and i didn't hear my phone alarm...well i didn't mention that when i did hear the alarm i thought it was my radio and i was half asleep going wtf why won't it turn off! and i was just hitting random buttons and then i realize its my fone and i'm like o.o -.- and go back to sleep.
also, kinda random, when i got home...i went to the bathroom and i like was fixing my hair...and then i heard like something crinkly like fall out of my hair...like i think it was in my hair o.o and then i keep shaking my hair cuz idk what it was and i was like wtf...and i walk out of the bathroom and walk back in a few mins later...realizing it was paper that fell out of my hair? idk. lol but i now have 2 more dollars. xD
Phil's bday party is tomorrow! and luckily, even though borders sent they wouldn't have the things in til saturday afternoon/sunday morning, they called and said they got them today =] so i went to go pick them up and then went to sonny's...my dad and i both orders the all u can eat sliced pork, which is amazing =] and combined we had 6 plates of pork lol. =D
and as for phil's gift...the plan is working out as planned...lol. well sort of as planned. but its all good either way =]

ooo and to veer in another direction, i feel like with the way things are going now, i'm becoming more independent? like...today for the library...my parents were like just call if u need a ride home or anything...they didn't ask for a specific time or like exactly what i was doing...even though when i got home i updated them with info lol.. =] part of it too was like...i didn't have to wait for them to pick me up? i could just get a ride from a friend. (in this case, kyle =]) and idk i was just like =D and i had a pretty good convo with kyle too =] anyways....aside from that...im really hoping that my parents will decide to let me get my license...and perhaps a car w/insurance...like...ill help too =] because i think its getting a little rough on always asking kyle for a ride or like bugging them for a ride when they're on a tight work schedule...well sorta tight...lol. because now, all of a sudden, im extremely busy...aside from having crap loads of ib work, sunday i go out to breakfast at 7 30, then volunteer from 12-4, then monday is the potential club day, weds is tsa, thurs are potential volunteer days...only when i don't have much hw..hah., friday is study group. so yea... lol. busy busy.
oooo and speaking of the club. im really loving the name Nexus right now. i can already see the logo and what not lol. but listen to this. =]
the definition for nexus is a casual link; a connected group or series; center/focus...anddd we're a casual. =], connected, and focused! group =] lol. but yea..also because it means connected but its not as blunt as saying connection club...and it just sounds cool xP
mmk its late. and time for bed. i know i said i didn't have much to write. i lied.
and here's a little more, i got a 90 on the english quote quiz, the history quiz was really easy i def aced that, math quiz was easy too and i def aced that. spanish was really gahhh but i think i passed...with hopefully a high c being the minimal?, and currently, chemistry is extremely gay and stupid. i want geiger as the teacher! and bio assessment statements ftw!....NOT! im doing it all this weekend...lol i didn't realize it was due when we get back to school =\

Going through the motions.

So all I did for hw today was math...since I think thats the only thing thats actually due tomorrow. I actually fell asleep on my math hw xD the voices/thoughts were being loud in my head...and then I actually ate dinner tonight, unlike last night...it was yummy =] and then i started watching tv...so yea...i know i have tsa tomorrow and i should be doing as much hw as i can..but i just can't stand the work atm...im just in an off mood i suppose...gahh i need someone to like talk to me or be here til i fall asleep or something just be there for me and comfort meeeee because phil no longer has his cell -.- he got into some argument with his grandpa and like idk w/e im just being weird...gahh i don't like this

The....'second' day of school!

So I suppose this day wasn't like I said it would be...it doesn't completely feel like the first day of school..but the routine hasn't been established yet.
It was good to hear that Norris extended the date for close reading =] So now i won't need to worry about my first all nighter of the year. haha. Idk for some reason, I just can't seem to concentrate on the reading. Like I like the book and I don't have a problem looking for literary device. so yea idk.
Note taking for history was good so far...I'm definitely thinking of bringing my laptop tomorrow so that I can type notes. That way I don't have to worry about a blah day of handwriting xP.
In Harriman's i finished up my website, she gave me the file so that i can manage some district site (idk what its about yet...I will soon...)
Math was ehhh its okay. i need to get back into math mode =]
Chem was kinda stupid, what is an apron and when do u use it o.o lol.
Bio was actually pretty okay. nate was funny xP
The writing in spanish was kind of annoying (alex u lieddd we did work on the packet!) we wrote it in our composition books and then we did it on notecards.
im hoping that i'll stop writing in this manner, but as for now i suppose its okay. but once i get into the swing of things my blog will be better i promise =]

Oh, and we're a Cult! lol. The Cult of Clubs! o.o and Proposal: This Friday, we have our first 'study group' at the fort pierce library straight afterschool until idk when. but the library is open til 6. let's at least attempt to get it done this friday...if not, then next =]


Saturday, Phil came over...and he brought me a mango blast =] so of course I was quite happy from the getgo =P we watched Shawshank redemption..which was pretty good =]
Yesterday, consisted of waking up early, breakfast, walmart, volunteering, borders.

And the day of cramps followed by a day of headaches was absolutely uncalled for! luckily no pain today =] i guess my body figured school and homework would be pain enough xD.

ABDC Finale!

not much has happened the past few days...other than Fay and having an argument with phil..i also think its hilarious that we have the first day of school and then we're off for a week and when we get back to school monday its going to feel like the first day of school all over again.
as for close reading...i have 135 more to go =/ i did a pretty good amount today. but i definitely need to do a lot more within the next few days.
so for this school year, i definitely hope i don't procrastinate too much. though a lil bit is inevitable =P

Flooding Fay.

So yea...lots and lots of rain. pics to be posted at a later time. My street is completely flooded and basically all of the surrounding area is too. The canal is wayy high like up my backyard and almost touching my neighbor's fence. At least I gots another day to do Close Reading. lol. 188 more to go! I finished all of my other work though. I did the parts of the spanish packet that we were supposed to do but I think im going to do more. and I did half of the history...i'm just going to wait for the notes for the rest of that. anyways...some of the funny things that happened so far =]
1. some kid mooned the news12 skycam and that was on mariposa i think near mi church.
2. 2 kids were in a lil boat in the canal and they flipped over. i was rofl.
3. the city is having a 'shuttle bus' for my neighborhood. and its really 4x4s and dump trucks and mi daddi rode it home. (i got a pic xP) [and apparently he was filmed getting in the truck..the camera dude was the husband of someone he knew. lol.]
4. some guy on tv was waveboarding on the back of a truck and it was his mom driving
thats all i can remember. off for more close reading i suppose. bleh.

oh and wth is up with the path of this storm. it came from the south east towards the west/gulf...then it headed towards the east..and is going to the ocean...and then its going to come back west? wth. it just wants to make sure everyone gets a share of rain and tornadoes in florida eh?

First Day of School.

today definitely did not feel like a first day...
so yesterday worked out exactly as i planned...time wise anyways. and i read the scarlet letter til i really could read no more...i fell asleep on the book xD and i didn't wake up early to read it just because i was having a good dream and the sleep was like ♥ and i was early for the bus! but the bus sucked because it was FULL. there is noone sitting by themselves. its crazy =\
1st hour - english; took a quiz (which i think i did pretty good on, considering i didn't finish the book.) and we have 200 entries due tuesday... =/; sat in front of kyle =P
2nd hour - history; pretty okay actually.; don't really know anyone...like i know people..but not like heyyy ima go sit with u.. xD
3rd hour - harriman; same old making a website; definitely a good break in my day.; sat next to tamir and eilene
4th hour - math; arthur was quite funny. blaming it all the heat. pshh. what an american. lol.; tyler was in the room but sat 2 rows to the left and we didn't get a chance to talk or anything =[
5th hour - chem; lacey is sooo boring and its like the only class i really know people in; yay for the cinco de amigos! =D (no im not forgetting tyler. he'll be with us soon ^^)
6th hour - biology; boring also, but at least there was no work; surround me are sara, tim, tamir, and alex...my freshmen seat was occupied...and im actually quite glad to be in the back =P
lunch - i saw with 'julia' alex and eilene. only eating chicken nuggets and corn was =/ just cuz im used to eating more lol. but right now im eating some ox tail soup =P
(sry alex, idk where the pig feet and pig ears went lmao.)
7th hour - spanish; pretty okay. i wish it wasns't my 7th hour though..just cuz i'd rather not end my dad with spanish...nor do i like to start my day with english; i don't really know many in this class either but rachael is my partner.
im actually quite surprised i actually remembered my schedule today without constantly looking at the 'goldenrod sheet' lol. and the order of my classes isn't too too bad either...like not a lot of back and froth walking =]

woah, I haven't posted in 3 days; I remember thinking to myself on Wednesday that there wasn't really a point in posting anything because it was overall, not a post worthy day...but now that 3 days have passed, i'm sure i can figure out something =D

lets see, on Wednesday i volunteered at the children's museum and went to benihana's for lunch...again. then.. i came home and just had a really bleh day that consisted of nothing to watch on tv and lots of sleep. -- ("--"=hidden; just for future reference, that way you know whether or not you're missing out on something xP) Thursday, consisted of waking up at 10 and phil picking me at 12ish to go to the mall. we were there til my dad came to pick us up at around 5ish and i drove home and ordered papa john's and we tried the chicken bacon ranch pizza (which was amazing btw) anyways, at the mall, we went to watch the Mummy, which i had already seen and then phil got a couple shirts from hot topic --

and of course, friday was filled with open houses and school supply shopping! -- okay, now what kindergarten kid doesn't get recess and nap time everyday?! apparently...the kids at savanna ridge =\ one of the parent's asked what they should bring for nap time and the teacher goes, oh, we don't have nap time here. nope. no naps. and we're all like o.O and another parent goes...only in the good ol' days. xD and they don't get recess everyday either...no running around a playground =[...if they have recess...its pe....or a "structured activity" like "duck duck goose" wth. i guess its sorta good that the teacher doesn't spoil the kids and what not..but still! i bet they don't even have snack time. =\ also, apparently after the first week of school or something the kids start learning to read? w/e kindergarten is supposed to be the funnn times!

anyways, on to more relevant things...wth is up with the 10 inches worth of binders and the fricken 80 dividers?! i didn't get an actual backpack this year but those won't even fit in a normal backpack! well... i fit everything in my bag except for the science binders. bleh. and i should also mention that im only on chapter 11 in the scarlet letter....which is bleh. because i can't really read a lot of it at one time...i start to skim and not really grasp what im reading...i can only read a chapter or two at a time =\. i did get the audio version from jen though ^^ and last but not least, what do you guys have 1st and 6th hour o.O? so that we can figure out where to meet and what lunches we have =]

as for today, i wanted to read like A LOT of the Scarlet Letter...and i ended up only reading a couple of pages. which means i have more than half the book to read tomorrow. -.- i won't even go into how time flew by today. i did go to sushi yama for dinner though =] - but yea tomorrow will be full of activities. i doubt i'll even go online..well i'll try not to...and no post either. gotta wake up at 7 30 and pick up my sis by 8 30 then breakfast with my cousins at 9 and then shower and go to the children's museum til 4 and then go to my cousin's house for her bday and i'll prolly be there til like 8...so idk how the heck im going to get this reading done. dang it. i hate dislike this. this is what i was trying to avoid. but unfortunately time flew...-.- again. as always. my stupid excuse. and i didn't start the book when i wanted to and at the pace i wanted to....grr. no commentary..please!! *begs*

yesterday, i didn't get the chance to post a post because i was extremely tired...and i guess bored too. i volunteered again from 9-1 at the children's museum and then we went to benihanas for lunch =] after, i chilled and watched some tv...but there was nothing good on so i went to sleep at 7. *yay* for 15 hours of sleep =P
anyways today, as i was looking at a post draft...i for some reason thought of v's hidden messages and i figured out how to view them....i feel stupid for not figuring it out sooner. so i think i shall try to make my own.

so today was filled with pretty much nothingness. currently watching american mall lol. and ill continue reading at least a few chapters of the scarlet letter before i go to sleep tonight.

7 hours!

so this morning, i woke up at around 7 30ish and went to pick up jenny from her friend's house.. and then i picked up my cousins and we went out for breakfast at a little cafe called Americana. its kind of hidden and not bad =] i had a tomato and mushroom omelet ^^ then i watched the beginning of the US vs. China Men's bball game and i was off again around 11 30. i drove to the children's museum to start my first day of volunteering =P and i now have 7 volunteer hours total. xP the children's museum is pretty cool. kinda small right now...they only opened phase one of the place but its still cool. [phase 2 is a pirate area!! =P] i worked the register for the day and i helped clean up a little bit. it was nice/fun to see something like this in psl....well jensen...well near me ish. lol. its definitely something different from everything else around here. and im thinking, maybe senior year (since i think i'll have plenty of hours by then) that i'll actually work there part-time, in charge of the admission or merchandise store or something lol. idk. we'll see. anyways, right after i finished we went down to west palm beach to have dinner with my "aunt" lol. (u know how that is v...i think....i'd hope) =P and then i just got home a little while ago...and im actually extremely tired, and was about to fall to sleep when i found the courage to get up and post a post on my blog. and now that i've done that. it's time for me to sleep!

2 dozen roses.

so today, i read up to chapter 6 in the scarlet letter. (not bad eh? xP) and then phil came and brought me roses!! =D so i was like O.O ^^ lol. but we just chilled today, watching tv and whats not. and then we went out to sushi yama for dindin =] aside from that, i didn't do much. oo i baked an apple pie for my daddy. it was one of those frozen already made one xP and its in the oven right now and he didn't eat any...i wonder why he told me to bake it in the first place? anyways...laptop battery is dying and i gotta wake up at 7 30 tomorrow morning to pick up my sister by 8 30 and then go out for breakfest...and then volunteering at the children museum =]

adapter. bus stop. olympics.

So I go to use the laptop this morning and I find out I only have half of my battery life left...and I'm like o.o because I had it plugged in all last night. So I went to check the adapter and the little blue light won't turn on. =[ So now I'm waiting for a reply from ASUS.
Good news is that my bus stop is now at 6am instead of 5 35. *woot!* and....the Olympic's Opening Ceremony is about to start =D It will be amazing! I think this is the first time I've actually gotten excited about the olympics lol. I think it's because it's in China. xP So I'll be watching in Chinese and English. haha.
Aside from all of that, I didn't do much today aside from reading the Scarlet Letter. I'm in chapter 3, I think. ooo and I found those papers that Hussan gave us about it lol. It's not much but it's something...
bleh. today was boring and the show is going to start in 10mins. so im going to stop rambling and go get me some food and watch.

This morning I drove JJ to the doctors and he ended up getting a physical, FOUR shots, and blood work. I guess he didn't feel the needle when he got the blood work but he definitely felt the shots. I wasn't in the room when he got the shots though...I didn't want to see. He got the shots in his thigh areaish...2 on each leg and he was like 'why did you do that?!!' Anyways...we went to walmart and he was like I want to get 2 things! and he ended up getting more xD. We got him a set of cars, Need for Speed set of 3 games, and a cd case so he was content after that. I felt so bad for him =\ but at least he's all set for school now. haha none of us had gone to the doctors in like 4 years.
I also sent some emails to some volunteer places that Martin Volunteers suggested and I'm about to start reading the Scarlet Letter. bleh. Just until ABDC comes on xP. Also, the ordering of my classes, I think, is horrible.

the start of a new [school] year

So I mentioned that I would eventually start a new blog before the school year started and I decided that I would start the blog as soon as I made a few changes/started some things that would hopefully make me a better me. So I made a few changes and started a few things...and here I am =] To start, I got my laptop last night! I'm still getting used to the keyboard a little bit but aside from that it's amazing and very portable =P Also yesterday, I went to Martin Volunteers and the Children's Museum to submit volunteer applications so that I can start contributing hours for CAS. I'm currently taking a break from cleaning my room, but it's almost done. So I think I'm off to a pretty good start and hopefully everything will work out in the end. (everything being stuff that I understand in my head but can't seem to explain to anyone else)

School starts in two weeks and I still haven't started to read the Scarlet Letter. oh wells. That's the next thing I plan to do, aside from getting more active xP. As for CAS hours, let me know if there's anything we can do as a group. =] V and I* are already planning something but that's for us to discuss at a later time. ;]
